Privacy notice

Draft notice — the campaign owner must review and finalise this text, including their contact details, before launch.

When you use our join or partner forms we store your name, email, country/organisation and message, only so the campaign owner can reply to you. Only the campaign owner can see these records.

We keep form submissions for up to 12 months, then delete them. You can ask for your details to be deleted at any time.

We do not collect or store donor payment details, bank details, identity documents, medical information or sensitive veteran case details. Donations are made on each charity's own fundraising platform, under that platform's privacy policy.
